PRIVACY / WEBSITE & BETA
Your information.
Handled with purpose.
This starter notice describes the public website and private-beta licensing workflow for Show File Reporter by LiveWire StageTech.
Contacting the project
The contact form uses your name, email address and message so the project can respond. Messages are emailed to the site’s configured contact recipient. The form does not create a public post or store the message in a separate website submissions database. Email copies may remain in the project mailbox.
Spam prevention and hosting
The form uses a security token, a hidden spam-check field, a time check and a short-lived request limit. A keyed hash of the connecting IP address is used for this limit and is set to expire after an hour; the raw address is not stored by the contact form. The web host and other installed services may maintain their own security or request logs.
Scene files and reports
There is no scene-file upload on these public pages. The desktop app reads scene files and writes reports on your computer. The licensing API has no scene or report fields. Avoid sending confidential scene information in a contact message.
Licensing information
Activation uses your licence key, account email and device information to check access and enforce the two-computer limit. The licensing system stores activation records, hashed identifiers and tokens. Existing account, order and licence records are managed by the site’s licensing and commerce plugins.
Cookies and tracking
This public theme adds no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party form service. WordPress and existing account or commerce features may use cookies when you interact with them. Their behaviour must be included in the site operator’s final notice.
Retention and requests
Contact the project to ask about information held about you, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for support, security or applicable obligations. This starter notice does not promise a retention period that has not been established.
